Wendy Nelson

Wendy Nelson


Wendy graduated from Hartford High School in 1986 and from VTC in 1988, and has a Bachelors degree in Applied Science for Veterinary Technician. She has been working locally in the veterinary field as an office manager, head technician and groomer, since graduation. She joined the HVC staff in August of 2015 bringing all those years of experience with her. She grew locally in West Hartford Vermont and still lives there today with her Husband Carl, Daughter Amanda, a cat Hook and dog Clayton. Her hobbies include living “off grid,” archery, her daughters hockey, and a good glass of wine.

Mary returned to the Hanover Veterinary Clinic in February 2014. This is my 36th year as a Veterinary Technician and 3rd year as a Veterinary Receptionist. I have seen a lot of changes in the years and am happy to be working with the HVC group again. We are very dedicated to serving our fur friends and their families. Mary graduated from UNH with an associate degree in Animal Science and is a member of the Vermont Veterinary Technician Association. When I am not working I enjoy walking my Standard Poodle, biking,gardening and cooking.
